COVID PASSPORTS

You don’t have to be vaccinated to attend our events, however venues are legally required to have attendees provide one of the following to enter:

1 – Proof of ‘Full Vaccination’ – 2 Doses, with the second dose at least 14 days before arrival at venue (NHS App / NHS Website PDF / Paper Version from 119 / EU Certificate / US CDC Card / Valid Certificate from another eligible country)

2 – Proof of a Negative Lateral Flow test in the last 24h (text or email result confirmation / NHS Covid Pass on App or Website / Letter from NHS 119)

3 – Proof of Natural Immunity – Positive PCR Test within 180 days of arrival at venue (NHS Covid Pass on App or Website / Letter from NHS 119)

PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION – BOTH DOSES RECEIVED
Please use the NHS COVID Pass to show your vaccination status using the NHS App or the NHS website to download it as a PDF on your phone / get it sent to you by email and show the email. Venues cannot accept vaccine cards as proof of vaccination.

You can also get a paper version (vaccination status only not test results – 2 weeks after having a full course of the vaccine) sent to you in the post. You do not need to be registered with a GP surgery or have an NHS login for this.

You can get a letter (within 5 working days) by requesting a COVID Pass latter online or calling NHS 119.

EU Digital COVID Certificates, US CDC Cards and other countries’ certificates will also be accepted. For details on other countries’ certificates view:

(IF YOU AREN’T FULLY VACCINATED)
PROOF OF A NEGATIVE NHS RAPID LATERAL FLOW TEST (TAKEN AT MOST 24H BEFORE ATTENDING THE EVENT)

NHS Rapid Lateral Flow tests are free. You can pick them up from any Pharmacy or test site, or at multiple areas at Universities in Leeds. Please do not bring the home test strip with you to the venue.

Report our COVID-19 NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Test result online (Google it) or if you don’t have access to the internet, you can report your test result by calling NHS 119

Show the venue one of the following

1. Text OR email confirmation of vour result

2. Your NHS COVID Pass, available through the NHS App

3. A letter that can be requested by ringing NHS 119.
